  1. Using a coffee maker, brew 8 ounces of strong black coffee

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together half and half, maple syrup, turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger.

  1. Using a milk frother, froth the golden milk mixture. If you do not have a milk frother, heat the golden milk in the microwave-safe jar for one minute. Shake the jar to "foam" the milk.

  2. Pour the golden milk on top of your coffee and enjoy.
